Can it pull a hydrofoil ?
Where to get a second person to pull, is it included in price ? (My wife wont go to the water for sure)

There is no doubt that will pull a hydrofoil. Once you get up on foil behind a boat the two rope almost goes slack as there is very little resistance. Amazing the speed and power some of these e-surf boards have. Did you see the photos of this and the two battery packs, wow… lots power.
