In a recent blog post on eFoil prices @Andreas mentioned the failure rate for one popular eFoil brand has risen to be around 30% last year. Really useful to know and similar to our experience with one brand but we’ve found the failure rate really varies a lot between the leading brands.
Any retailers/service centres happy to share the failure rates they see across a few brands?
I think below 5% is good and achieved by most premium brands (exception is Fliteboard recently). Important is how fast and fair the support reacts.
Above 10% would be bad.
