My LIFT Efoil’s E1 lifespan was just 2.5 years, motor issue, and not due to usage abuse whatsoever. In addition to minimal efforts in their after sales support. Anybody else have simliar experiences on the same or other brands?
Hi @Max_C , sorry to hear this. My e1 is running since 2018 without any problem. What is the problem with the motor? Did you contact your local reseller?

No, but I’ve read many accounts of exemplary customer service from Lift.
A motor is one component, probably less than a board and certainly much less than the battery.
Why would you junk the whole thing?
