I would like to use a flipsky 65121 3700W motor with a Flipsky FSESC 75200 75V High Current 200A controller, with a 60v 30a battery, I don’t know anything about electric paddle so I would like to know if my config is good and what speed and autonomy i could get by with that.

I suggest a more powerful motor, 3.7kw is too low for a board, maybe 2 motors on the same board. Onean uses 40Ah battery, 16s, cells, 50V, 2x2.5kw motors for their twin and in not fast with a 90kg surfer…With high voltage you will get more RPM and more speed but less acceleration. With large nozzle you will get good acceleration, more RPM but less speed.
