I ordered a Flite Ultra L in early July. No shipping info followed so I called twice (because they didn’t call back) and learned that they are having “supply issues” with their carbon masts so it would take 4 weeks. Bummer. After 4 weeks I called and they said “about 4 weeks” again. After a few minutes talking, they agreed to ship the following day. Got out on the water and was having a blast, but the fuselage broke halfway through the second session. No response from Flite so far…
That’s really frustrating. I think Fliteboard will not crash, but I guess they are struggling with their hundreds of configurations.

I heard from someone who ordered in November last year a Marc Newson Fliteboard and still not arrived until now. Not the best
marketing for Flite.
I ordered my MN board in December and got it a month ago (mid July).
I don’t understand the photo you provided - it doesn’t look broken, just the wing is turned. Did the titanium part that the wing bolts to break or shift? Did you use the required torque? It’s much higher than for the other bolts.
