My lift shuts down is I go to stand? Otherwise all normal. Can ride on belly but once to knees board shuts off. The batteries probably weak in controller. Yesterday’s session was perfect?
Hi @wildbillskis , make sure the nose of the board is above the water surface. The bluetooth antenna is in the top of the board and it will loose the connection to the hand controller if under water.
The problem may also be that some part of the device loses contact? What I mean is that inside the board some parts are not properly connected and the pins are coming off the board.
