Hi, to ship these batteries within the UK to another UK address Is ok.
To import these from another country you will need safety certificates and it’s very difficult to do this unless your the company making them.
Send the manufacturer a request for
1:) HS Code ( harmonised something)
2:) SDS or MSDS ( safety data sheet)
Even ask them for assistance and you may be surprised
