Salt water usage

Hi there,

I am glad I found this forum. Nice job, guys.

I have a question. I assume all the boards can be used in salt water?

Are there any special requirements / maintenance procedures necessary when you ride in salt water?

I heard that salt water is much more challenging for the batteries?

I used both petrol and electric in salt water and it’s just fine if you sprinkle them with fresh water each time after use… The batteries are waterproof so for them it does not matter if the water is salty or not. for jetsurf use W40 to cover the engine after each use to prevent corrosion.
