Hi my efoil is doing very unusual things! I tried to add a video but won’t let me. But when I activate the board it will go “into gear” like at full speed unprompted- but worrying as the handheld not even activated / in side. Also had happened on the water when at first things seem ok. When the handheld is on it will say trigger error. Also happened no of times that while cruising along on the board the system just stops and it will show the sign the handheld is not connected. Anyone had the same. strong text

You might need to reach Lift support directly and also replace the hand controller!
You probably have a short in the handheld due to moisture. I had sinilar problems and needed to replace the unit.
