Original buyer got hurt, needs surgery, wants to sell his eFoil after 2 weeks. I called Lift and they told me warranty is not transferrable??!! IMHO, thats against standard business practice. Any car or boat allows warranty transfer.
Yes it is not a good thing for lift, it is premium brand after all.
What happened with the previous owner, did he got injured with the efoil?

It is transferable for Flitebord, I don’t know about the other brands.

Just Your Opinion is correct as there are lots of products with non transferable warranties.
