maybe you saw the clips in the Internet where the people ride with their e-foil to the waves and then ride without power. i wonder where it is possible to do this in europe? can anyone give me an answer to this. best regards and happy new year!

You will need a light board/battery and a folding prop or it won’t be much fun!

Portugal has multiple options.
Cascais (when the waves are really big)
Baleal, in the middle of the bay the waves are steep enough to ride without breaking
Figueira da Foz (has a “mellow“ wave far out at low tide which goes back into deep water)
The spots above have the advantage that you have a safe way to enter the water via sheltered beaches without waves even when it’s really big.
The final one is
Costa Caparica, however there you will need to cross the shorebreak.
